Reminder terms:
The Qince mobile application and webpage (hereinafter referred to as "Qince") are SaaS services provided by us. To protect your relative rights, we have developed this "Qince User Privacy Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement" or "this Policy") to help you fully understand how Qince collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects your personal information, as well as how you exercise your rights based on personal information protection.
This policy applies to various services and functions provided by Qince, including sales management services, distribution management services, expense management services, and artificial intelligence recognition services. You acknowledge and agree that due to version differences, there may be some functional differences, and the way we process your personal information may also be slightly different. Therefore, please refer to the actual functionality implemented by the product version you are currently using. In addition, there may be some functions or services provided by our third-party partners in Qince, which will be subject to separate service agreements or privacy policies of the third party. We will inform you separately before you use these functions or services.
Before using our products and related services, please be sure to carefully read and understand this policy, and confirm that you fully understand and agree before starting to use. Especially the terms marked in bold, ensure that you fully understand and agree before starting to use them. If you have any questions, opinions or suggestions about this policy, you can contact us through the contact information at the end of this policy. You agree to the privacy policy or have chosen to use Qince products and services, indicating that you have understood the basic functions provided by the application, as well as the necessary personal information required for the operation of basic functions, and have given corresponding collection and use authorization. If additional functions need to be enabled, non essential personal information needs to be processed, or sensitive personal information needs to be processed, we will separately seek your consent based on your actual usage situation.

1、 Definition, Declaration, and Scope of Application
(1) Definition
1. Qince Service Provider: refers to the legal entity that develops and provides Qince products and services, including Nanjing Zhikong Network Technology Co., Ltd.
2. Payment company: refers to the main body providing payment function services, including Alipay (China) Network Technology Co., Ltd., Tenpay Payment Technology Co., Ltd., etc.
3. Qince Enterprise/Organizational User: Refers to a user who is authorized by the enterprise or other organization as an administrator or directly registered as a Qince user through the legal representative, and uploads the employee address book of the enterprise/organization through the Qince management platform as an administrator to build the enterprise/organizational structure, and then opens, manages, and uses Qince services on behalf of the enterprise/organization. Qince Enterprise/Organizational Users include but are not limited to legal persons, government agencies, other organizations, partnerships, or individual businesses.
4. Qince Enterprise/Organization Administrator: Refers to Qince individual users who have been authorized or designated by Qince Enterprise/Organization users to operate the Qince Enterprise/Organization/User Management Platform system, and represent the enterprise/organization in opening, managing, and using Qince services.
5. Qince individual users: refers to individual users who register Qince accounts, including individual users with Qince enterprise/organizational user administrator privileges, and all individuals in Qince enterprise/organizational user contact lists.
6. Enterprise/organization control data: After your enterprise/organization opens and manages the QinCe service, we collect information and data submitted or generated by individual users during the use of QinCe according to the requirements of the enterprise/organization administrator, including personal information.
7. Personal information: Various information related to identified or identifiable natural persons recorded electronically or in other ways, excluding anonymized information.
8. Sensitive personal information: refers to personal information that, if leaked or illegally used, may cause harm to the personal dignity of natural persons or endanger their personal and property safety. The sensitive personal information processed by Qince Service includes ID number, whereabouts, personal biometric information (face, fingerprint), bank account number, property information, transaction information, etc. (We will prominently identify specific sensitive personal information in bold in this privacy policy).
9. Children: Refers to minors under the age of fourteen.
10. Personal information deletion: refers to the act of removing personal information from systems involved in daily business functions, so that it remains unretrievable and inaccessible.
11. Personal information anonymization: The process of using technology to process personal information so that the subject of the information cannot be identified and the processed information cannot be recovered. Personal information anonymization: The process of using technology to process personal information so that the subject of the information cannot be identified and the processed information cannot be recovered. The information obtained after anonymization of personal information does not belong to personal information.
12. Personal information processor: an organization or individual who has the right to determine the purpose, method, etc. of personal information processing.
13. De identification processing: refers to the process of processing personal information so that it cannot identify a specific natural person without the need for additional information.
Unless otherwise agreed, the definitions used in this policy have the same meaning as those in the Qince User Agreement.
(2) Declaration
1. Qince does not provide products or services to minors under the age of 18. Therefore, please confirm that when you agree to accept this policy and apply to activate the relevant functions, we have reason to believe that you are already a natural person with full capacity for civil rights and civil conduct, capable of independently assuming civil liability. If the above conditions are not met, you should immediately stop applying to use this service.
2. Qince is an enterprise level digital business platform based on SaaS (Software as a Service). In this policy, we will explain to you in sequence the scope, purpose, and method of collecting personal information that each function may collect, as well as the consequences of refusing to provide personal information. Please be informed that if users refuse to provide the necessary corresponding information for implementing various functions, they will not be able to continue using any of Qince's features.
3. This policy will explain to you the device permissions that Qince may need to access, the purpose of the call or its corresponding business functions, whether to inquire before calling, and how users can disable the corresponding permissions. Please be informed that after you agree to this policy, the corresponding device permissions will not be enabled by default. When important or sensitive device permissions are involved, we will pop up a separate window to obtain your consent before enabling them again when you use the corresponding business functions. After enabling permissions, you can also disable them at any time through device settings. Your refusal to grant permission will not affect the normal use of other unrelated business functions.
4. Please note that in the process of using Qince, if you provide us with personal information of anyone other than yourself for business needs, you should ensure that we have obtained the consent of the relevant personal information subject before processing this personal information.
(3) Scope of application
This policy applies to Qince's self operated products and services, including Qince client, Qince official website (qince. com), and integrating some Qince functions/services as third-party services into third-party intelligent hardware, software, or services (collectively referred to as "Qince services", subject to the services provided by Qince service providers).
It should be noted that this privacy policy does not apply to the services directly provided to you by other third parties through the aforementioned webpage or Qince client (collectively referred to as "third-party services"). For example, you can bind your personal Alipay (wallet) and WeChat payment through Qince client to achieve payment, transfer and other payment related functions, such as Qince map positioning, OCR identification, electronic signature, points store, training and examination services you choose to use, which are provided to you by third-party service providers. The information you provide to the third-party service provider does not apply to this policy. Before choosing to use the third-party service, you should fully understand the product features and privacy protection policies of the third-party service, and then choose whether to activate the features.
2、 How do we collect and use your personal information
We will only collect and use your personal information for the purposes, scope, and methods described in this policy. When you use our policies, we may need to collect and use the following two types of personal information:
1. To provide you with the necessary personal information for the basic functions of Qince products/services. If you refuse to provide the corresponding information, you will not be able to use the basic functions of our products/services normally;
2. To provide you with additional features of our products/services, you may choose to authorize us to collect and use personal information. If you refuse to provide such personal information, you will not be able to use the relevant additional functions or achieve the intended functional effects, but it will not affect your normal use of the basic functions of our products/services. After you turn off or stop using the additional features, we will stop collecting and using your corresponding personal information.
You understand and agree that:
1. We are committed to creating a diverse range of products/services to meet your needs. Due to the wide variety of products/services we provide to you, and the differences in the specific product/service scope chosen by different users, the basic/additional functions and the types and scope of personal information collected and used may vary accordingly. Please refer to the specific product/service functions for accuracy;
We will separately explain to you the purpose, scope, and usage of the corresponding information through updating this policy, pop ups, page prompts, and other means. We will also provide you with the option to choose and agree, and collect and use the information with your explicit consent.
In order to provide Qince services to you and Qince enterprise/organization users, maintain the normal operation of Qince services, improve and optimize our service experience, and ensure the security of your account, we will collect information that you voluntarily provide, authorize others to provide, or provide based on user requirements of your enterprise/organization when registering and using Qince services, as well as information generated when you use Qince services, based on the following purposes and methods. Specifically:
(1) Help you become our Qince registered user
1. Register as a personal user of Qince
Qince is currently not open for individual users to register. You need to create a personal user account for yourself through the enterprise/organization user administrator. The enterprise/organization user administrator to which you belong needs to provide Qince with your mobile phone number and name so that we can provide you with basic services such as IM chat (instant messaging), mobile authentication, real name authentication, and SMS notification services. Otherwise, you will not be able to use Qince services. After registering as a personal user of Qince, you can further provide personal basic information such as profile picture, position, job title, permanent residence, gender, birthday, country/region, address, date of employment, phone number, email address, QQ number, WeChat ID, seal image, etc. If you do not provide such personal basic information, it will not affect your use of Qince's basic services.
2. Register as a user of Qince Enterprise/Organization
To register as a Qince enterprise/organization user and provide Qince services based on the employment and management behavior of your enterprise/organization, including Qince employee management services (including employee address book, employee attendance, leave management, enterprise announcement information release, management approval, daily report, enterprise document management, enterprise group chat), Qince sales management services (including customer visits, store inspections, shelf photography), Qince channel distribution management services (channel order entry, channel inventory counting, sales reporting, expense declaration), in order to achieve the digital transformation and upgrading of the enterprise/organization's channels, you need to provide your enterprise/organization name to create a Qince enterprise/organization account. Otherwise, you will not be able to register Qince enterprise/organization users and use Qince. Strategy service.
After registering as a user of Qince Enterprise/Organization, you must further provide information on the location, industry type, and personnel size of the enterprise/organization, otherwise you will not be able to use Qince's basic services. If you need to obtain more rights and interests (such as electronic signature opening), the enterprise/organization administrator of your enterprise/organization needs to provide specific information and materials on behalf of the enterprise/organization to complete the Qince enterprise/organization certification, including basic information such as certificate type, copy of business license, unified social credit code, enterprise/organization name, address, name of legal representative, ID number of legal representative, and certification letter.
(2) Collecting personal information during the use of Qince services
When you use the Qince service, in order to provide you with Qince services that better meet your needs, interactive display, search results, identify abnormal account status, maintain the normal operation of Qince services, improve and optimize Qince services, and ensure the security of your account, we may collect the following personal information and associate the collected personal information. Please understand that this information is the basic device information and network information that we must collect to provide services and ensure the normal operation of products. You can also restrict us from collecting certain information by setting permissions, but it may affect the effectiveness and security of our services.
1. Use information
We will collect information submitted or generated by you as an individual user of Qince when using Qince services, as well as information voluntarily provided or generated by you as an individual user of Qince when using Qince.
(1) When you use functions such as attendance check-in, visit check-in/check-out, maintaining customer information, and reporting various inventory data, we may collect your location information according to the needs of your company to enable the company to understand where you reported the information at that time;
(2) When you use the functions related to personal real name authentication and enterprise real name authentication, we need to collect your name, ID number and mobile phone number information to verify the authenticity of information;
(3) When you use facial check-in services, we need to collect your facial feature information to verify your true identity.
2. Equipment information
We will receive and record device related information (such as unique device identifiers, International Mobile Identity (IMSI) software and hardware feature information) based on the specific permissions granted by you during software installation and use.
(1) When you need our assistance in handling software malfunctions, we will collect your device model, operating system version, and device settings based on your consent, otherwise we will not collect such information from you.
(2) When you complete the Qince account authentication, we need to collect your mobile phone number in order to verify your identity with the operator;
(3) When you complete the Qince account authentication, we need to collect your device identifier in order to achieve the function of binding the device and account.
3. Log information
When you use the products/services provided by our client and website, we will automatically collect and retain detailed information about your use of our services, including your IP address, browser type, telecom operator, language used, access date and time, approval log information, attendance log information, payment information, and data change operation log information, as relevant network logs to meet relevant legal requirements.
Please note that although individual device information and log information cannot identify specific natural person identities, combining such information with other information can be used to identify specific natural person identities. Therefore, such information is still considered personal information, and unless authorized by you or otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de identify such personal information.
4. Location information
When you use attendance check-in, location tracking, intelligent discovery, customer visits, super forms, process approval, inventory data reporting, lead follow-up, business opportunity follow-up, promotion task execution, and verification scoring services, we will collect your location information, including your device's IP address, GPS/Beidou location information, as well as Wi Fi access point, Bluetooth, and base station sensor information that can provide relevant information, so that you do not need to manually enter geographic coordinates to obtain relevant services.
Before you use Qince for the first time, we will request your consent to Qince's collection and under what circumstances your location information can be collected. You can choose at any time through the settings function of your device whether to allow Qince to collect and under what circumstances your location information (including GNSS information, WIFI address and signal strength information, base station ID data information, sensor information, mobile signal strength information) can be collected. If you refuse to have Qince automatically collect your location information, you will need to manually locate your location to use the above services.
5. Enterprise/Organizational Control Data
The enterprise/organization control data we collect includes:
(2) You provide or generate facial recognition base maps, facial features, check-in facial photos, geographic locations, attendance check-in information, approval records, publishing log information, and file information to complete the attendance, approval, check-in, and log functions opened by your enterprise/organization for daily business management.
(3) If the administrator of your enterprise/organization chooses to activate, manage, and use the Qince Address Book service, enterprise/organization users may submit or request the following personnel information: your identity information (name, date of birth, date of employment), enterprise employment information (department, position, job level, date of entry, employee number), and contact information of the enterprise and yourself (mobile phone, landline phone, email).
(4) If the administrator of your enterprise/organization chooses to activate the "location tracking" service for you, we will collect your location information with your separate consent.
You understand and agree that the personal information processors of the above-mentioned enterprise/organization control data of enterprise/organization users will only collect and use the above-mentioned enterprise/organization control data according to the requirements of the enterprise/organization user administrator, and will not process the enterprise/organization control data beyond the requirements of the enterprise/organization user, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.
We will require enterprise/organizational users, through agreements or other means, to obtain the informed consent of individual users before uploading enterprise/organizational communication information, or requiring corresponding enterprise/organizational individual users to submit personnel information and external business contact information. We will also require enterprise/organizational users to only collect personal information necessary for achieving the operational and management purposes of enterprise/organizational users.
(3) The personal information you voluntarily provided to us
1. Problem feedback
When you provide us with the problems and difficulties you encounter during the use of Qince, in order to help us better understand your experience and needs, and improve our products or services, we will collect your feedback and contact information so that we can provide you with relevant handling results.
2. Customer service and dispute resolution
When you contact us through our customer service phone number or other contact methods and request in sales or after-sales service, or have different opinions on our handling, in order to ensure the security of your account and system, we need you to provide your enterprise account, enterprise name, personal name, department, and mobile phone number to verify your user identity.
To assist you in resolving the issue as soon as possible, we will collect your communication/call records and related content with us (including account information, work order information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, contact information you leave, handling solutions, and handling results). If you have any inquiries, complaints, or suggestions regarding specific document records, we will save your account information and document record information. In order to provide reasonable services and improve service quality, we may collect other information provided by you when contacting customer service, as well as the questionnaire responses provided by you when participating in surveys.
3. Information Release
When you use the daily reports, announcements, comments, live broadcasts, data reporting, master data entry, and business document entry functions of Qince to publish information within the scope set by the enterprise/organization, we will collect the information you publish, including text, images, videos, live content, links, evaluations, and replies.
Please note that the information you post may involve your or others' personal information or sensitive personal information, such as images of children. Please consider more carefully whether to publish before using the Qince information publishing function. In addition, please note that if the information you post involves personal information of children, you need to obtain the consent of the corresponding child guardian before posting.
(4) We collect personal information through third parties
We may collect your personal information from other individual users, authorized partners, or other legitimate sources.
When other individual users perform operations related to you, we will collect personal information related to you during that operation.
When you use the enterprise payment service, we need to collect your account information (including nickname, avatar and account name) through WeChat and Alipay to bind the payment account. In order to protect your legitimate rights and interests, prevent fraud, gambling and other risks, and maintain the safe and stable operation of Qince service and payment related functions, we need to collect the user identity information of your actual payment account from WeChat and Alipay.
When you use real name authentication and electronic contract services, we will collect your identity information (including name, ID number, mobile phone number, and bank card number) through e-Sign to achieve personal real name authentication or enterprise real name authentication and to sign electronic contracts online.
(5) Retrieve device permissions
To enhance your product experience, we may need to retrieve some of your collection permissions. After you agree to this privacy policy, the corresponding mobile phone permissions will not be enabled by default. When it comes to important or sensitive mobile phone permissions, we will pop up a separate window and obtain your consent again before enabling them. After enabling permissions, you can also disable them at any time through device settings. The following additional services provided to you may collect and use your personal information. If you do not provide this information, it will not affect your use of Qince basic services, but you may not be able to obtain the user experience that these additional services bring to you.

You understand and agree that the above additional services may require you to grant access to your device's location information (geographic location), camera (camera), photo album and storage, and microphone (voice) to achieve the purposes corresponding to these permissions. You can view the status of the above permissions in the "Settings - Application Permissions" section of your device and decide whether to turn them on or off at any time. Please note that by granting any permission, you authorize us to collect and use relevant personal information. Once you revoke any permission, it means that you have withdrawn your authorization, and we will no longer collect and use your personal information through that permission. Please note that your decision to revoke authorization will not affect the personal information processing activities previously conducted based on your authorization.
(6) Self start and associated start instructions
You can view the status of the above permissions in the "Settings - Application Permissions" section of your device and decide whether to turn them on or off at any time.
(7) According to relevant laws, regulations, and national standards, we may collect and use your personal information without seeking your authorization and consent in the following situations:
1. Related to the fulfillment of legal and regulatory obligations by personal information processors;
2. Directly related to national security and defense security;
3. Directly related to public safety, public health, and major public interests;
4. Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
5. For the purpose of safeguarding your or other individuals' significant legitimate rights and interests such as life and property, but it is difficult to obtain my authorization and consent;
6. The personal information involved is disclosed by you to the public on your own;
7. Necessary to sign and fulfill the contract according to your request;
8. Collecting personal information from legally disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure, and other channels;
9. Other situations stipulated by laws and regulations.
Please understand that the functions and services we provide to you are constantly updated and developed. If a certain function or service is not mentioned in the above description and collects your information, we will separately explain the content, scope, and purpose of the information collection to you through page prompts, interaction processes, website announcements, and signing separate agreements to obtain your consent. If we cease to operate Qince, we will promptly stop collecting and using your personal information. We will notify you of the cessation of operations in the form of a public announcement 30 days in advance, and after meeting the minimum retention period stipulated by laws and regulations, we will delete the personal information we have saved or anonymize it.
3、 How do we use cookies and similar technologies
(1) The use of cookies
To provide you with an easier access experience, when you use Qince, we will store small data files called cookies on your computer or mobile device. Cookies typically contain identifiers, site names, as well as some numbers and characters. We will collect and store relevant data about your access and use of Qince through cookies. When you visit or revisit Qince, we can identify your identity through cookies, understand your usage habits, and provide you with better services, including helping you avoid the step of repeatedly entering account information or helping to determine the security of your account. We will not use cookies for any purpose other than those stated in this policy. You may retain or delete cookies on your own.
Please understand that some of our policy features or services can only be implemented through the use of cookies. If your browser or browser add-on services allow it, you can manage or delete cookies according to your preferences, but this action may affect your secure access to and use of some features or services of Qince in certain situations.
(2) Website beacons and pixel tags
In addition to cookies, we also use other similar technologies such as website beacons and pixel tags on our website. For example, the email we send you may contain a click URL that links to the content of our website. If you click on the link, we will track this click to help us understand your product or service preferences and improve customer service. A website beacon is typically a transparent image embedded in a website or email. By using pixel tags in emails, we can determine whether the email has been opened. If you do not want your activities to be tracked in this way, you can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
4、 How do we share, transfer, and publicly disclose your information
(1) Sharing
Generally, we do not share your personal information with external parties, except in the following situations:
1. Sharing with your consent: With your explicit consent, we will share personal information within the scope of your authorization with a third party designated by you.
2. Sharing under legal circumstances: We may share your personal information with external parties in accordance with laws and regulations, litigation dispute resolution needs, or as required by administrative or judicial authorities in accordance with the law.
3. Share with payment partners after your consent: when you realize payment related functions such as collection, payment and transfer through Qince client personal payment and enterprise office payment functions, you agree that we provide payment service providers (such as WeChat/Alipay) with your Qince account related personal basic information (UserID, avatar, nickname) and identity information (name) to open or bind payment service accounts; You agree to authorize us to obtain the payment account information (including nickname, avatar, account name) associated with your login to Qince account during the above-mentioned payment function activation period. Otherwise, you will not be able to use payment related functions such as receipt and payment, transfer, etc. When using payment related services provided by a payment service provider, you need to read and comply with the service agreement and rules provided by the payment service provider.
If you choose to have other financial institutions provide payment services for you, we will also share your necessary bank card payment information, including "bank card number, expiration date, name, name pinyin, and security code," with the corresponding financial institution you have chosen.
In order to keep us informed and confirm your payment progress and status in a timely manner, and to provide you with after-sales and dispute resolution services, you agree that we may collect payment progress related information from the transaction partner, payment company, or other financial institution of your choice.
4. Sharing with third-party application providers with your consent: If you, as a user administrator of Qince Enterprise/Organization, choose to open, manage and use third-party application services, you have expressly agreed to share the basic personal information (login account, personal avatar, name information, mobile phone number) of your personal users with the third-party application service provider from your enterprise/organization's personal users; Or as an individual user of Qince, you agree to Qince sharing your basic personal information (login account, personal avatar, name information, mobile phone number) with third-party application service providers, otherwise you will not be able to use third-party application services. When you activate third-party application services, you need to read and fully understand and comply with the product features, statements, and corresponding privacy protection policies of the third-party application services.
5. Sharing with affiliated companies with your consent: In order for us to provide you with unified services based on the Qince account, identify account anomalies, and protect the personal and property safety of Qince affiliated companies or other users from infringement, your personal information may be shared with our affiliated companies. (2) Third party software development kit (SDK): In order to ensure the stable operation and functional implementation of our client, and enable you to use and enjoy more services and functions, our application will embed SDK or other similar applications from authorized partners. The third-party SDK currently used is only for the development of business functions, with the aim of ensuring that we can develop and iterate applications quickly, agilely, and securely. We have also implemented strict management measures for employees or outsourced personnel who may have access to your information, including but not limited to implementing different permission controls based on their positions, signing confidentiality agreements with them, and monitoring their operations. We will operate Qince within the territory of the People's Republic of China and store the personal information collected and generated during the operation within the territory of the People's Republic of China. If some products or services involve cross-border transactions, we will strictly comply with the provisions of laws and regulations and ensure the security of your personal information.
We will take reasonable and feasible measures to store your personal information and try our best to avoid collecting irrelevant personal information. We will only retain your personal information for the purposes stated in this policy and for the period required by applicable laws and regulations. For example, according to the requirements of the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China, relevant network logs related to your use of Qince application services shall be retained for no less than six months.

6、 How do you manage your personal information
You can access and manage your personal information through the following methods:

1. Qince Enterprise/Organizational User
As the administrator of Qince Enterprise/Organization users, you have the right to query, correct or supplement the information of your enterprise/organization, except for exceptions stipulated by laws and regulations. You can do it yourself through the following methods:
Open the official homepage of Qince (qince. com), select "Login" in the upper right corner, and log in to the "Qince Enterprise Management Backend" (cloud. qince. com) by entering your password to query and correct enterprise/organizational control information, including address book information, changing login passwords, changing managers, setting sub administrators, etc.
2. Qince Individual User
As an individual user of Qince, you have the right to query, correct, supplement or copy your personal information. You can do it yourself through the following methods:
Log in to the Qince mobile app and use "My Personal Information" to query, correct, supplement or copy your personal information, including profile picture, phone number, work status, gender, birthday, region and other information. If you are unable to access, correct, supplement, or copy these personal information through the above methods, or if you need to access, correct, supplement, or copy other personal information generated during your use of our products or services, you can also contact us at any time through the methods disclosed in this policy, and we will ensure a response to your access request within 15 days.
(2) Delete your personal information
You can delete some of your information through the methods listed in "(1) Querying, Correcting, and Supplementing Your Information" above.
In the following situations, you can request us to delete your personal information:

If you are an individual user of Qince, you need to obtain authorization from the administrator of your company/organization when submitting your request to delete information.
When you or we assist you in deleting relevant information, due to applicable laws and security technologies, we may not be able to immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system. We will securely store your personal information and should stop processing other than storage and taking necessary security measures until the backup can be cleared or anonymized.
(3) Withdraw consent or change the scope of your authorized consent
Each business function requires some basic personal information to be completed (see "2. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy). In addition, you can change the scope of your authorization and consent:
1. Enterprise/organizational users: You can open the official homepage of Qince (qince. com), select "Enterprise Login" in the upper right corner, scan the QR code of Qince to select the enterprise/organization, and enter the password to log in to the "Qince Enterprise Management Backend" (cloud. qince. com). You can choose to open or close Qince basic applications, third-party applications, or self built applications through "Employee Management - Version Authorization".
2. Qince individual user: You can give or revoke your authorization and consent by logging into the mobile client, setting it in "My Settings Privacy", contacting Qince customer service, or changing the settings of your smart mobile device (for example, you can revoke your user consent and authorization to "allow this app to collect my location information" in "My Settings Privacy" of the mobile client app).
Please understand that due to the need for necessary personal information corresponding to each function and service to be provided (see "Part 2" of this policy for details), when you withdraw your consent or change the scope of your consent, we will no longer be able to provide you with the functions and services corresponding to the withdrawal or change of consent. But your decision to withdraw your consent will not affect the personal information processing that was previously carried out based on your consent.
(4) Cancel your account
When your enterprise/organization user cancels the Qince enterprise/organization account, we will also cancel your personal user account and delete your personal information or anonymize it according to applicable laws.
1. If the user of your enterprise/organization is a paying user and the purchased Qince product service is suspended for 30 days due to expiration without renewal, we have the right to cancel the enterprise/organization account; If the user of your enterprise/organization is a free user, Qince will withdraw the account and cancel it according to the Qince Service Agreement; Users of your company/organization can also call the customer service hotline (025-68736873) to actively apply for account cancellation, and we will assist in canceling the account.
2. You can apply to the administrator of your company/organization to cancel your personal account, or your personal account will be cancelled at the same time as the cancellation of your company/organization account.
After you voluntarily cancel your account, we will cease to provide you with products or services, delete your personal information as required by applicable laws, or anonymize it.
(5) Constrained information system automatic decision-making
In certain business functions, we may make decisions solely based on non manual automated decision-making mechanisms, including information systems, algorithms, etc. When making automated decisions, we will ensure transparency and fairness in the results, and will not impose unreasonable differential treatment on you in terms of transaction prices and other trading conditions; When pushing information accordingly, we also provide you with options and refusal methods that are not based on personal characteristics. If you believe that the results of automated decision-making have significantly affected your legitimate rights and interests, you have the right to request an explanation from us through the contact information listed in this privacy policy, and have the right to refuse our decision made solely through automated decision-making. We attach great importance to the protection of minors' information. Please be informed that under normal circumstances, we do not provide products and services to minors under the age of 18. Unless the real name authentication information you submit or combined with other information (such as browsing, search records, etc.) can identify you as a minor, in digital office/learning, communication, and collaborative activities, we will assume that you have the corresponding civil capacity based on business practices, and your age is the legal working age in accordance with labor laws. If you are a minor who is over 16 years old but under 18 years old, please read this policy carefully together with your parents or other guardians, and use our services or provide information to us with the consent and supervision of your parents or other guardians.
